CARDIFF BAY BARRAGE – CHANGE OF INNER SILL LEVELS

The Inner Sill levels of Cardiff Bay Barrage locks have been changed. The new levels are:

Lock 1 – 1.36m Above Ordnance Datum
Lock 2 – 2.05m Above Ordnance Datum
Lock 3 – 1.2m Above Ordnance Datum

ALL VESSELS WITH A DRAFT OF 2 METRES OR GREATER MUST INFORM BARRAGE CONTROL WHEN THEY REQUEST AN INBOUND OR OUTBOUND LOCK.
